Ishfaq Kawa, A Young Boy from North Kashmir’s Bandipora District of Jammu And Kashmir Who is Promoting Kashmiri Language Through His Music.I want To Promote Kashmiri Language Through Music And Want to Reach Bollywood,says Ishfaq.
While, talking with us he said he’s working very hard and preparing himself to get entry in Bollywood, he said he had already performed in major cities across the country. While, sharing his experience of singing Kawa Said, There was no such kind of atmosphere of singing here, but i learnt music by listening to others through different kinds of social media platforms especially YouTube. He also said he want to make Kashmir Feel Proud On Him By His Singing.
He also added that he’s having God Gifted Voice and Talent which inspired him Towards Music. He also got inspired by listening to A Kashmiri Renowned Singer, “Vijay Kumar Malla”.
We don’t have Any Platform without Social Media To promote the talent of Kashmir so that it gets recognition, said ishfaq.
Two Years Before He launched A Hindi Song ” Channa Mereya” In a Kashmiri Version and it eventually went viral which gave him the motivation to sing more and take singing as a career.
He also said, I got A Huge Response From Everywhere, People Appreciated me after I sung “Nundbaani” Song which got Millions of Views On YouTube and on every social media platform.
Ishfaq said that Folk Music is Very Popular in Kashmir and being as a young singer of Kashmir it’s my responsibility to promote it on national and international level which needs to be popular everywhere.
Ishfaq has recently completed a video shoot for his latest kashmiri song which will be launched to give promotion of Kashmiri Music Much More. As per the local singers, they said ishfaq has also received appreciation from Two Bollywood Singers “Kailash Kher” and “Yasir Dessai” who promoted One of his Song.
At the last, Ishfaq said “I still remember the first song of my life which boosted me more to translate more Bollywood songs into Kashmiri language because people of Kashmir from the whole globe started to loving his tracks that he translated from Bollywood to Kashmiri language.
