Kulgam police in its systematic efforts to ensure the implementation of govt orders across kulgam for the safety of people, despite clear lockdown orders of govt and repeated announcements by administration,kulgam police acting tough against the violators for defying the prohibitory orders issued U/S 144 CRPC. in this regard Kulgam police Arrested a person and seized 13 vehicles.
Police station Qaimoh :- Arrested a person for violating prohibitory orders in this regard a Case FIR No : 18/2020 U/S 188,269 353 IPC stands registered.

In order to curb the spread of (pandemic) disease COVID-19, kulgam police warned of stern action against those violating the prohibitory orders and reiterated that there would be zero tolerance against those endangering thousands of lives, violating government orders will warrant penal action and prosecution proceedings will be initiated against the violators.
