easy and smooth. Though there is a huge lack of basic facilities in Kashmir but where there is any facility people love to destroy and occupy it. To be honest, people are in the form of Human Beings and their behavior is downgraded to animals. See in the pics though the drain is available it is blocked. The rain-water and the wastewater flow over the road. Every time people cannot target administration. Why people lost their human behavior? Why greed has buried all their human traits in the graveyard? The concerned administration should reach the spot(Wader Mohalla Issoo) and reiterate to the locals that they are human beings and a civilized behavior can automatically help to solve a lot of issues on a positive note.People of Isso Anantnag request conceren authorities to look into this matter………..
