Sopore : With the poor network service of JIO in Tarzoo area of Sopore in north Kashmir, the cellular company has come under severe criticism with its subscribers alleging it to be a reason of immense hardships.
The subscribers told, that there is poor network of JIO from months, They said that JIO service is irking the common customers, who have been suffering because of insensitive and fleecing attitude of this telecom service providing company.
Subscribers from Tarzoo area while complaining said, “JIO has been a cause of irritation for them as most times it doesn’t function properly”, Due to poor services, many JIO subscribers have switched over to other service-providers for better calling/internet services, they added.
“If somebody wants to make call, it doesn’t work and after continuous trying for hours together, call hardly gets connected. The situation gets worse as the person receiving call hardly hear the voice of caller”, a local from Tarzoo Said.
The subscribers later appealed the JIO higher ups to look into the matter and redress their grievance at earliest.
Meanwhile when official at JIO telecom contacted, he told we have two sites at Tarzoo area one at Tarzoo and another at Amberpora, while as our Amberpora site is not functional because of stay.
Due to overload on Tarzoo site, network congestion happens, adding that, it would only sort once stay is lifted.
