Handwara, May 22: A family of four souls in Handwara is under extreme financial crunch as the head with several ailments is battling for life at the District Hospital – Handwara.
Wali Mohammad Shiekh son of Abdul Razaq Shiekh a resident of Kukroosa, Villgam of Handwara, as per the family, is suffering from renal malfunction, blood pressure aberration, diabetes and fluctuation in Oxygen saturation level. The patient is admitted at District Hospital Handwara at NCD Ward, Bed No. 04, they informed.
With no means to earn, the family is finding it hard to procure the medicines for treatment of the patient.
The patient is being attended by his two little daughters and wife – with an amputated leg.
Soliciting assistance, the family has fervently appealed the people ‘to help them out in these tragic times’. “We ask our brothers and sisters to help us in these tragic times”, the wife of the patient flanked by her minor daughters appealed.
