Budgam, June 4: Budgam Police arrested 3 persons involved in illegal excavation and transportation of clay, 3 Tippers were also seized.
During night Patrolling, Police party of Police Post Narbal seized 3 Tippers loaded with illegally extracted clay and arrested 03 drivers for transportation of illegally extracted clay.
The arrested drivers have been identified as, Sahil Ahmad Sofi son of Mohd Ramzan Sofi resident of Hajibagh Soibugh Sameer Ahmad Chopan son of Ab Gani chopan resident of Hajibagh Soibugh
Mohd Yousuf shah son of Mohd Akbar Shah resident of Hajibagh Soibugh
Case FIR No.113/2021 under relevant sections of law stands registered at Police Station Magam and investigation has been initiated.(KNT)
