Srinagar: It took congress 74 years to fulfil its dream of hoisting the national flag at historic Ghanta Ghar. The credit goes to Shri Narinder Modi Ji,who brought peace to the valley by eliminating terrorism completely and putting to task, those supporting it. The hoisting would not have been possible under the atmosphere of fear that was prevalent during the reigns of Khandan Jodo Parties. They had liberal policy towards terrorism.
