Srinagar, July 31, 2025 : Srinagar Police organized a farewell function in District Police Headquarters, Srinagar, to honour the retirement of two dedicated officials ( Followers ) namely Gh Nabi Sheikh and Bashir Ahmad Wagay, who have served in the Jammu & Kashmir Police department with commitment and dedication throughout their careers.
Senior Superintendent of Police Srinagar, Dr. G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy – IPS commended the retirees for their exemplary dedication and unwavering professional conduct during their tenure.
He also extended best wishes for their post-retirement lives.
The event was attended by SP Headquarters Sh Umar Shah – JKPS, DySP Headquarters Srinagar Ms. Syed Sleet Shah -JKPS and other officers, who echoed the sentiments of appreciation and respect.
SSP Srinagar also presented Certificates of Appreciation to the retirees as token of recognition to symbolize his appreciation for their noteworthy service.
