Jammu, January 24: The Director General of Police, J&K, Shri Dilbag Sing decorated Shri Imtiyaz Ismail Parray with DIG rank in a pipping ceremony held at Police Headquarters here today. ADGP Coordination PHQ, Shri Danesh Rana was also present on the occasion.
The DGP & ADGP Coordination congratulated the officer and his family. They wished him good luck for the new assignment and a successful career ahead.
Shri Imtiyaz Ismail Parray has held various important posts which include SP South Srinagar, SSP Crime, SSP Srinagar, SSP Ganderbal, OSD to the then Advisor Sh K.Vijay Kumar and Commandant IRP-8th Bn. On his promotion Shri Parray has been posted as DIG (Training) PHQ.
