Budgam, January 20: Police in Budgam have rendered a helping hand to one pregnant lady stranded at Nagbal Yousmarg area of Pakerpora Budgam due to snowfall and slippery road.
Police post Pakherpora received a distress call that one lady from Nagbal Yousmarg area of Pakherpora had developed labour issues and needed to be shifted to SDH Pakherpora immediately but due to snowfall and slippery conditions of the road they were not able to shift patient to hospital. Accordingly, police team of Police post Pakherpora was deputed and the lady was brought to SDH hospital Pakherpora safely.
The family expressed their gratitude towards police for their timely help and necessary assistance.
