Srinagar, May 18: A proprietor of a Departmental Store Tuesday appealed police to locate the thief and get him arrested who had stolen Rs 30,000 from his cash counter.
Aamir Ahmed Baba, proprietor ‘Olive Departmental Store’ located at Bagh-e-Mehtab area of Srinagar outskirts told news agency Kashmir News Trust that few days back, a man from Mochuwa area entered his Store and after buying an ice-cream stole Rs 30,000 from the cash counter.
“I request police post Chanapora to take cognizance of my complaint which I have already lodged and act swiftly,” he said adding that he has ample proof and even has mentioned the name of the ‘burglar’ in his complaint. (KNT)
