Shopian youth full of raw and unexplored talent. Need platform to showcase the same at National and International level: Irfan Manhas
Shopian, June 17: DDC Vice Chairman and Apni Party Youth Leader Irfan Manhas on Thursday was invited as guest of honour to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Indo-pak war of 1971. The event Swarnim Vijay Varsh was celebrated at Goodwill School Balpora, Shopian which was attended by large number of locals.
The Sqay team during the event displayed extraordinary martial art skills and the school children participated in many events like quiz competition, art competition among others.
“It is a matter of honor to attend the event especially to boost the morale of our children. These children are multi talented and their talent needs to be explored. They need a platform to showcase their talent at National and International level to bring laurels for our district and UT”, Irfan stressed while interacting with media.
Later in the day, DDC Vice Chairman distributed awards among the winners and participants.
