OBCs of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir have already rejected the composition of so constituted unconstitutional backward classes commission with NON-OBC chairman and members .
But the congress general secretary of ut of jammu and kashmir has demanded for a ST member in the commission. This statement of the congress which appeared in almost all the daily news papers on the other day proves that the commission which is not acceptable to the OBCs of the state ,is acceptable to the congress the composition of which may be unconstitutional and it makes no difference for the congress.
Congress leadership both at the state/ centre should have reacted over the unconstitutional distribution of reservation quotas and unconstitutional composition of commission ,especially after the abrogation of art 370 but it remained silent which in other words congress is supporting BJP’s reservation policy clearing the doubts of the people that congress and bjp are the members of the same family.
Congress of ut of jammu and kashmir is totally banking on its state’s spokesperson Ravinder Sharma who is totally against the OBCs of the state and till date has not uttered even a single word over the unconstitutional reservation quotas and composition of the commission and so the congress party has been converted into a sabha.
Under such circumstances congress has already reduced to a sabha and should not expect any surge in future till the party banks on such unsocial and unsecular people . OBCs have not forgotten those who supported area reservation and reservation on the name of language.
OBCs have already been struggling for their constitutional rights and would carry their task till the goal is achieved and so appealed the OBCs to shun your opponents who are against yours constitutional rights and must come closer to the AIBCU for a successful strong struggle in future.
This meeting was discussed through telephonic calls which was attended by all the executive members including M R Bangotra Retd CEO and general secretary of the union.
