Kupwara, Jul 22: A woman and her two minor daughters were among three injured after a vehicle they were on board skidded of the road and rolled down a gorge in Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Thursday evening.
Officials told GNS said that a vehicle bearing registration number JK-09 1469 enroute from Gagal to Warnow skidded and rolled down a gorge on way, resulting in injuries to three persons. The injured trio has been identified as Tasleema Begum (34) wife of Irshad Ahmad Khan and her two daughters Aayat Jaan (5) and Aabiro Jaan (4) from Warnow Lolab.
All the three were evacuated to NTPHC Maidanpora by the local inhabitants for immediate treatment, from where they were referred to SDH Kupwara for advanced treatment, the official added. (GNS)
