From 2013 candidates working in different colleges of UT Jammu and Kashmir are working on court orders (Status Quo) and in the year 2019 Ex-Director gave an affidavit that our status quo is maintained and an order was issued by Director Colleges Order no DC-HE. Acd Arrg/KD/2020-2021 Dated 05-03-2020 that our services should be utilised and our services were engaged till 27th December 2020 and after winter vacations i.e, from 15th Feb 2021 Higher Education is violating court orders by not utilising our services and engaging other candidates.
From tomorrow i.e, 24th July 2021 counselling will be commenced and new candidates should join us for the betterment of the future. They will join the college where there is a need for the staff other than status quo candidates as we are on court orders.
Now, if Higher Education fails to issue an order in our favour before 1st August 2021 all the candidates working on the status quo in UT Jammu and Kashmir will hit the roads for the protest whether in colleges or before High Court with our degrees in our hands as their order isn’t been implementing and then what for the court is there. It’s better to use a big lock on the gates of court as no one is abiding by its order.
