Warm send off accorded to Erstwhile CEO Bandipora

Bandipora,12 Oct: The principal and staff of GHSS Bandipora at a function on tuesday accorded a warm send off to Javid Iqbal wani who has been transferred as Principal DIET Kupwara. The party was organized in honour of his superannuation on 31st October of the current month after putting in 38 years of services .

Chief Education officer Bandipora, Principal DIET Bandipora, Dy CEO and Principal BHSS Aloosa besides other officers were present on the occasion.

Chief Education Officer Bandipora Abdul Roub shad in his emotional address described the retiring officer as a dedicated and efficient officer .

The other guests also spoke on the occasion and highlighted the contribution of Javid Iqbal Wani.

The principal of the host school Mohammad Rafiq Parrey extended special gratitude to Javid Iqbal wani for his support and sincere efforts in execution of all innovative assignments like online classes, teleclasses ,community classes especially in the tough period of covid _19 pandemic. Praising his efforts he further added that Wani during his tenure as CEO Bandipora was instrumental in elevating the academic standards of the district. Praising his tender hearted approach,he thanked him for his commitment,friendly work culture,countless achievements and praised his leadership skills besides being humane ,practical,honest and decisive in the toughest situation.

The retiring officer speaking on the occasion said ,” I feel immensely privileged to see this long and eventful journey of 38 years concluding well”.

Later, science laboratories renovated out of school local funds were inaugurated by Chief Education officer Bandipora, Erstwhile CEO bandipora, Principal DIET Bandipora and other officers of the education department of the district.
