Anantnag, Jun 23 A policeman died of cardiac arrest while he was on duty in Kokernag area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district late last evening, officials said here on Thursday.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that Nisar Ahmad Mugloo, a selection grade constable in J&K Police suffered a massive heart attack last evening.
He said that he was shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The deceased was posted as Personal Security Officer of district development council (DDC) member of Larooo—(KNO)
