Srinagar, Jun 25 Chief Education Officer Anantnag on Saturday sought an FIR against a school after a video-clip showing ‘students’ taking tobacco, goes viral on social-media.
“It is to intimate that a video clip of the students who were taken to picnic by a (name withheld) school to Verinag on 15.06.2022 went viral on social media wherein it has been shown that some students were taking tobacco etc. in the open park which is gross violation of Education Policy/norms”, reads a communiqué by CEO Anatnag to SHO Police Station Verinag.
“In this connection, you are requested to lodge an FIR against the school at an earliest and share the investigation report with this office”, the communiqué further reads. (GNS)
