Srinagar Oct 10: Samajwadi Party supremo and former Uttar Pradesh CM Mulayam Singh Yadav passed away on Monday after a brief illness at Gurugram’s Medanta hospital, reports said. He was 82.
Mulayam’s son and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav confirmed his death this morning.
Yadav was under treatment at Gurugram’s Medanta hospital since last week. He was on life saving drugs, and was being treated in the ICU of the hospital.
