Srinagar, July 15: Police on Saturday said that it have arrested two miscreants for assaulting media persons as well disturbing peace.
Informing via its official twitter handle, the Srinagar police worte, “Two miscreants namely Sahil Bashir Sheikh S/o Bashir Ahmed Sheikh &
Yasir Jabbar Sheikh S/o Ab Jabbar Sheikh, both Residents of Batmaloo arrested for assaulting media person & disturbing peace. They were in inebriated condition. FIR No 29/2023 U/S 323, 341,506 IPC in Khanyar PS, reads the statement.(GNS)
