Poonch, April 9:- Poonch district has strongly rebutted claims circulating on certain social media platforms regarding the movement of terrorists in Poonch town.
A senior police officer clarified to news agency JKNS that there is no truth in such reports and urged the public to avoid spreading unverified and sensitive information.
The police emphasized that sharing unverified content on social media can create unnecessary panic and disrupt public order. “Social media handles must act responsibly and refrain from circulating baseless claims, especially those that pertain to security matters,” the officer stated.—(JKNS)
