Srinagar, June 19: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has nominated Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, as the Nodal Officer for overseeing inter-departmental coordination during the holy month of Muharram-2025.
According to Government Order a copy of which lies with news agency JKNS reads, “It is hereby ordered that Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS (AGMUT:2012), Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department shall be the Nodal Officer for overseeing inter-departmental coordination during the holy month of Muharram-2025.”
The order further states, “The officer shall closely monitor and liaise with all concerned agencies involved in the arrangements of Muharram-2025 across the Union territory.” (JKNS)
