>>> Govt run Telecom Company “Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited” well known as BSNL in masses are looting customers in the name of so called old age era technology called “ Broadband Services” as from last three years Broadband Subscribers of BSNL are suffering on daily basis, running from pillar to post, as no one is able to solve the issues that customers of BSNL are facing from last three years, in City-outskirts at Sanatgnagar BSNL exchange,The Sadabahar Line which connects Bagh-e-Mehtab area and Manchowa area by providing Landline as well as Broadband Services to these particular areas are defunct at majority of times, as Subscribers of these areas told that even having high end Monthly Broadband Plans, which are promising to Give 8 to 10 Mbps of Speed, but reality is that the speed we are getting is not beyond 500 Kbps to 1.0 Mbps.
Recently our Team went to Sanatnagar exchange as well as in past three years too we have visited the exchange to enquire about this speed issue, The officials have no proper answer to provide, they have only one excuse that the underground line got damaged and we are not able to fix this from last three years.
A Subscriber while talking to this reporter said that we are just wasting our money on this particular company as they are not able to fix the issue from last three years, best is to wind up this old era Company here from Kashmir valley, as they are cheating us time to time We made several complaints but all in vain.
Another Subscriber said that, Broadband is a Secondary question even from last several days our Landline is not working, when I contacted the concerned department, they said it is an underground fault and will be fixed within week.
The subscribers of these two particular areas told this News agency that we are making final appeal to the higher ups of this company to fix the long pending problem of Speed Issue by repairing faulty line, as soon as possible, otherwise we are ready to surrender our Connections.
