Forces launch searches in Budgam village

Budgam , Sep 25 : Government forces on Friday launched a joint cordon and search operation(CASO) in Wanpora chadoora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
A police officer told KDC that a CASO was launched following inputs about the presence of militants in the area by joint team of 53RR and SOG of Jammu and Kashmir Police and 181 BN of CRPF.
Sources told KDC that a heavy contingent of security forces was witnessed in the area and house to house searches were on till this report was last filled. (KDC)
