Srinagar 18th April 2020:

On 17/04/2020, 17 people were booked for violating the govt directives framed in view of Covid-19 crisis.

In this connection 07 cases have been registered against 17 persons who were found violating the orders issued by District Magistrate Srinagar.

In the Jurisdiction of Police Station Sadder 17 persons have been arrested

2. 74/20 U/S 188, 269 IPC against Ashiq Ahmad S/O Ali Mohd Khan R/O.Padshahibagh ( Vegetable seller)

3. 75/20 U/S.188,269 IPC against Nazir Ahmad Gunchoo S/O.S/O.Mohd Shaban R/O.Mehjoornagar (Fruit seller)

4. 76/2020 U/S.188,269 IPC agsinst Jeelani Dugga S/O.Abdul Rashid Dagga R/O.Mehjoornager (Fruit seller)

5. 77/2020 U/S 188,269 IPC against
1.Zahid Ahmad Gunchoo 2.Gh Mohi.Ud.Din
3.Aqib Ahmad Makroo residents of Mehjoor Nager all fruit sellers.

6. 78/2020 U/S.188,269 IPC
Against 1.Gh Nabi Sheikh 2.Bilal Ahmad Gunchoo.
3.Adil Yousuf .4.irfan Haroon all.residents of Mehjoor Nager all vegetable sellers.

7. 79/20 U/S.188,269 IPC against

1.Aqib Rashid .2.Danish Nabi Dar 3.Imran Ahmad 4.Bashir Ahmad .5.Tariq Ahmad Sofi All residents of Mehjoornager and padshahibagh when they were found violating the exective orders of District Administration.

Once again people of Srinagar are requested to follow Govt. advisories/orders so that this deadly virus/COVID-19 could be controlled.
