Today a press conference was organized by All Parents Association Jammu at there office in which President of the Association Amit Kapoor said that all the orders passed by education department are only on papers there is no one from education department who is making sure that orders are in reality implemented on ground still many schools are fooling parents on the pretext of the order passed by principal secretary education that only tuition fees is to be payable but most of the private schools are charging Annual charges, Admission charges and Re-admission fees also and our education administration is busy in playing Twitter Twitter.

Private schools are openly violating the orders of education department many of journalists and media channels on live coverage has exposed the open loot of  private schools but all going in vain as our Education department is not interested in the rights of parents instead they are only n only interested in there vested interest that is the “Attachiyon k Rishtey” with private school owners that is the why till now no action has been taken on any of the school and the organized loot is relishing under the umbrella of education department.

Mr Amit Kapoor said  that we have heard that LG sir is planning to provide teachers with one time financial assistance if so then the process should be done on fast track basis since the private schools are forcing, harassing and pressurizing parents to submit the school fees other then tuition fees also  so keeping this in mind the financial assistance which the administration is going to provide to the teachers should be provided immediately otherwise these greedy private school owners will suck the blood out of the innocent parents who are also the victim of the pandemic and are still ready to pay only 20% of the monthly tuition fees nothing more then that too for the sake of the salary of the teachers and other staff as they are also dependent on the tuition fees parents are not ready to fill the pockets of the profit making of the private school owners who have become so shameless that they in this crisis are still looting the parents  who are left with no money as businesses are closed salaries of private employees are not released so from where the parent will pay the fees to the schools.

He further said that govt. should act fast before it’s too late otherwise the parent will be left with no other option then to come out on roads. Amit kapoor appealed parents to wait for some time don’t pay any kind of school fees and don’t bus any school books.
