Srinagar:President Jammu and please employees coordination committee in statement said that setting CAT(Central adminstrative tribunal) bench at jammu is a welcome step on one hand but on the other hand this is very unfortunate as employees of Kashmir division will have to travel hundreds of kilometers that too via tough terrian and difficult road.Shah said Jammu and Kashmir is very hilly and weather of j&k always deteriorates road connectivity which creats Huddle’s to reach Jammu.Also some times NH44 remains clsoed for days due to land slides, how can a poor employee manage to travel and how can poor employee manage expenditure.Shah said j&k employees coordination committee has clear stand on this issue.We welcome separate bench at Jammu for Jammu and please UT but keeping into consideration topography Kashmir should get separate bench or there should be a schedule at Kashmir and Jammu for same bench.Shah said we appeal to honourable MOs (PMO) Dr.Jintendar Singh , honourable LG GC murmu Jammu & Kashmir union territory and Worthy Chief secretary BVR subramanium to have personal intervention in this matter.
