Public Criticises This Move In Order To Maintain Social Distancing.
Anantnag, Jun04:- In a bizzare move when Authorities are implementing strict lockdown and a stress has been given to maintain social distancing, the ADMO ISM Anantnag has issued an order to hold public gatherings for awareness regarding spread of COVID-19. This move by the ADM has generated criticism from the general public and other stake holders. The civil society has also urged authorities to take cognizance of the order and assure its non implementation in order to stop any such gathering which may prove fatal to common masses. The Authorities are strictly adhering to the social distancing norms and public at large are marking it insane and thoughtless.
The social voices have raised concerns and apprehensions about this ill conceived idea and have warned that holding of such camps will not spread awareness but will catalyse the spread of deadly corona virus in Anantnag.
