Today under the supervision and presence of Honourable Mayor SMC Junaid Azim Matoo and Chairman Enforcement SMC Mohammed Ashraf Palpori a high level meeting in regarding of construction during lockdown in Srinagar under SMC jurisdiction.
On this issue Honourable Mayor Junaid Azim Mattoo directs all officials including Chairman Enforcement SMC, Enforcement Officer Central , Joint Commissioner Planning and other Enforcement offiers to stop all the constructions in SMC jurisdiction immediately otherwise strict action will be taken against violators . He also urges all members to start the demolition drive against all the violations . He also gave assurance to the DSM (Demolition Squad Members) that more members will be added in it to get the strong manpower for demolition and also gave assurance regarding the availability of various demolition equipments.
