Tral, July 7: The residents of Pamposh Colony Saimoh area of Tral here in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district Tuesday accused private telecom operators ‘Airtel’ and ‘Jio’ of poor mobile network and internet services.
Inhabitants complained about the poor network of the cellular companies. They told news agency KNT that both post-paid and prepaid users, experience connectivity problems.
A local Mann Bali Singh also complained of slow data connectivity. He said that hundreds of Airtel and Jio subscribers have been facing tremendous hardships from past few weeks due to poor internet connectivity services.
“We have approached to the concerned Airtel and Jio officials in this regard but to no avail,” the residents said. They said that even after approaching the higher ups of Airtel and Jio, the problem still persists.
“Nobody from Airtel or Jio is ready to listen to us thereby leaving us to suffer,” they said. (KNT)
