Technical Assistants of RDD Budgam not transfered from last 10 years
Locals asked deptt why employees are not being transferred
Budgam, 28 July, : Technical Assistants working in different Blocks of Budgam district in Rural Development Department have not been transferred from last 10 years, that have left the local populace of the area in grave concern.
Sources told news agency KDC that technical junior engineers working in block soibugh, khag, sukhnag ,sk pora and Budgam have not been transferred from their place of posting from last 10 years.
Sources further told that some technical assistants of the aforesaid department are also working on special duty in Exen office Budgam which is clear violation of MG NAREGA Act .
Locals told KDC that department should be held accountable and should be asked why these employees are not being transferred and have appealed the Director Rural Development Department Kashmir to intervene into the matter and redress their genuine grievances.
Meanwhile, Director RDD Kashmir Qazi Sarwar told news agency KDC that the transfers of technical staff and assistants of MGNAREGA is done by the Deputy Commissioner (District programe coordinator) and Assistant commissioner devepment of the respective districts, we have already directed them through a letter to consider the genuine demands and do transfers of the same.
