As part of relaxation in lockdown restrictions, markets in district Baramulla shall remain open from 17th of August strictly in accordance with odd-even system and following of SOPs and guidelines pertaining to COVID-19 in letter and spirit.
All shops having odd serial number shall remain open on Monday and the order shall follow accordingly.
Meanwhile Masjids shall be opened for five times prayer with minimum worshippers and with social distancing.
Any kind of other religious gatherings shall not be be permitted and any violation on this account shall be viewed seriously.
Further, shrines and other religious places shall remain closed until requisite SOPs and guidelines are not announced in this regard.DM BARAMULLA
