The young Urdu poet from Kashmir recites a few lines which has been a dominating literary medium of expression in the sub-continent:
‘ NAHI MOHTAJ KISE KA TERE SIWA MERE ALLAH’
‘MERE GUNAH MAAF FARMA MERI DUNIYA CHODNA SAY PEHLAY’
Kamran recently organized an event under the name of The Youth Struggle which was an open mic event and was held at Urban Restaurant. The event was all about the struggles that one had faced in his or her life. Is life really worth it if there are no challenges? Sure a straight road is easy, but it’s the curves that make life interesting. Welcome life’s hiccups and overcome them with your smile and hardwork.
The main motive of the event was to make one aware about it’s strength as strength comes from struggle. When you learn to see your struggles as opportunities to become stronger, better, wiser, then your thinking shifts from ‘I can’t do this’ to ‘I must do this.’Sometimes, struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If we were to go through our life without any obstacles, we would be crippled. We would not be as strong as what we could have been. Give every opportunity a chance, leave no room for regrets.
The event included many personalities from different fields like KAS officers, Athletes, Journalists, Musicians and many more. Each personality shared their experience or we could say the struggle of their life.Everyone in this world had struggled and that’s where the real meaning of life comes from. The struggle of life is one of our greatest blessings. It makes us patient, sensitive, and Godlike. It teaches us that although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it. The event ended with a great message that one should not ccompare their struggles to anyone else’s. Don’t get discouraged by the success of others. Make your own path and never give up.
