Bandipora, Apr 03: The authorities on Saturday ordered closure of government Girls higher secondary school Sumbal for next five days after two of it’s students tested positive for COVID-19.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that two students were tested positive for Covid-19 at government Girls higher secondary school Sumbal after which the decision to close the school has been taken by the administration.
The official said that concerned School shall remain closed for the period of next five days from today while the duo infected students will remain in quarantine as per the standard operating procedure.
Earlier, authorities ordered closure of government Girls higher secondary school Sopore for one week after four of it’s four staff members tested positive for COVID-19—(KNO)
