Budgam Tales: Meet 21-years-old Syed Ubiad Bashir, a son of tailor, and an engineer who transforms a Simple Storage trunk into fully working refrigerator

Srinagar, 15 Aug : Syed Ubaid Bashir S/O Syed Bashir Ahmad, hailing from Beerwah Budgam.
He has done his Diploma in electronics and communication (E&C) Engineering in 2020, from Kashmir Government polytechnic College (KGP), located at Gogji Bagh Srinagar.
Mr. Syed ( @pirr_ubaid ), said that my passion towards the field of Engineering was from childhood, and in the year 2017, I joined Polytechnic college, at Gogji Bagh Srinagar, from where I did my 3 years Diploma in electronics and communication Engineering and in the year 2020 I completed my course Alhamdulillah.
I have also created a YouTube channel namely “Technical Syed Ubaid”, where I post the videos of my Projects.
My recent Project was “Converting a Storage trunk into a fully working refrigerator. I have also made a fully automatic Sanitizing Tunnel, which is currently working at (KGP) Srinagar. Besides, all this, I have also worked on a lot of small scale projects.
“Currently I am working day and night on many more projects, and I further request the Administration to support me, so that i can express myself in a better way” he said.
“Yes I am not financially strong, as my father is a tailor by profession, but I am thankful to him that it is because of him that I am standing here”, he said.
Currently I am teaching Home appliances at Center for Invention, Innovation, Incubation & Training (CIIIT) Baramulla.
My message for youth is: “Leave the habit of drugs and chase your dreams, our parents are enough for us and we should do something to make them feel proud, We should follow the path of our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). We are Muslims and knowledge is our duty and we should be toppers in every field”.
