Mohan Lal, Muhammad Akram Chowdary appointed as High Court Judges
Srinagar, Nov 3, KNT: Mohan Lal and Muhammad Akram Chowdary have been appointed judges of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
Additional Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Law and Justice, Rajinder Kashyap in this regard has issued a formal order stating that President of India is pleased to appoint Mohan Lal and Muhammad Akram Chowdary as judges of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh in that order of seniority with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective office.
Earlier in September both judicial officers-Mohan Lal and Muhammad Akram Chowdary were elevated as judges. (KNT)
