May 28: Muslim Rashtriya Munch (MRM) District President Bashir Ahmed Gugloo on Saturday visited fire victims at Dal Lake and handed over relief items including eatable to them.
Gugloo, while interacting with the fire victims, expressed his condolences on the loss of life of a 9-year-old girl, who died during the blaze. He also met with the family head Bashir Ahamd Goswami and assured help.
He handed over them food kits, blankets, rice to the fire victim’s family and promised that he would take up the issue with the administration for their further assistance.
Gugloo also said that in the vicinity of the Dal Lake there should be a Fire and Emergency unit, which would help if any fire incident occurs in the future.
