Ganderbal: Scooty rider dies after being hit by a truck on Srinagar Leh highway near Kasana Pati Hariganiwan area of Kangan in Central Kashmir Ganderbal district on Tuesday.
Police sources told Rising Kashmir that a Truck bearing registration number JK04F/3295 hitted a Scooty rider bearing registration number JK16B/3357 near Kasana Pati Hariganiwan, Resulting critical injuries to Scooty rider.
He was immediately rushed to PHC Hariganiwan where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
The deceased scooty rider has been identified as Aashiq Ahmad Raina Son Gh Mohd Raina a resident of Mamer Kangan.
Meanwhile police have registered a case and further investigation has been Taken up.“`
