Srinagar, Sep, 20: Deputy Inspector General of Police South Kashmir Range Shri Abdul Jabbar-IPS was accorded series of farewell parties from the Police units of South Kashmir Range on his deputation to CBI.
On the main occasion, ADGP Kashmir Zone Shri Vijay Kumar-IPS, DC Anantnag Shri Basharat Qayoom-IAS, DIG CKR Shri Sujit Kumar-IPS, Brigadier Ist Sector RR Shri Amandeep Malhi, Brigadier 2nd Sector RR Shri Ajay Sing, Brigadier 5 Sector RR Shri B.J.S Birdi, Brigadier 12 Sector RR Shri G.V Desi- M, DIsG of CRPF and all district SSsP of South Kashmir range were present.
On the occasion, the officers of Police, Army and CRPF have expressed the commitment, professionalism, sympathetic attitude, contribution towards policing and great heartedness of the outgoing officer.
Moreover, Shri Sujit Kumar-IPS have also officially assumed the charge of incharge DIG South Kashmir range.
