Bandipora Dec 27: A district Taekwondo referee seminar was conducted at ASA Taekwondo club sumbal Govt. Degree college Sunbal. Around 20 participants from District Bandipore attended the said event.The seminar was approved by J&K Taekwondo Association and the aim of this event was to boost the technical staff of District Taekwondo Association Bandipore for the upcoming district Taekwondo championship which will be held in the first week of January at indoor sports complex Bandipora.
On the occasion, Nisar Ahmad, SDPO Sumbal Bandipora was the chief guest who distributed qualification cerificates among the referees. He said it is a great platform to boost the youth in this sport which is recognized at world Olympic. He also thanked district Taekwondo Association Bandipore for organising the seminar in this part of the district and urged district Taekwondo Association Bandipore to conduct more such events.
