Urges district administration to avail basic amenities
Bandipora, April 13: JKAP district president Bandipora Syed Shafaat Kazmi has extended his greetings to people of Jammu and Kashmir especially people of Bandipora on the auspicious month of Ramadan. In a statement issued today Syed has prayed for eternal peace and harmony in the Valley and blessings of good and prosperity to whole mankind.
He said, ”Ramadan fast teaches us to practice piety, self-discipline, self-control, sacrifice, tolerance, justice and empathy for the less fortunate in society. Let us reflect on these lessons during the 30 days fasting period.”
He urged upon the district administration to avail the basic amenities of life like proper electricity and water supply. He appealed administration to direct the concerned departments to have periodic checks and inspections in the market so that adequate supply of essential commodities in the Holy month is ensured and the prices are of the such commodities are maintained as prescribed by the government.
