
SAMBA: A Helping Hands group Samba is continuing helping the needy and slum dwellers families during the lockdown, not only this, the members of the said group is continuing distributes the prepared food to the labourers at SIDCO Phase 1 Samba for last many days, today once again, the members of the helping hands group samba today good initiative and distributed the dry ration among the ten slum dwellers families who were without ration for last many days.
According to the report, when the lockdown announced, the helping hands group members is continues distributed the dry ration and cooked food among the needy and slum dwellers families. Today again the members of the helping hands group samba received a phone call from needy families, they told that they are without ration; they immediately reached on spot and provided the ration including wheat, rice, pulse and other essential items among ten slum dwellers families at ward No 9 Samba. The ration is packed in packet and then distributed among them, although the people of samba are also praising the works of the said group.
While talking with media person the members of said group Micky Thappa and Amit Khanna told that, when the lockdown announced, our helping hands team members is continuing distributed the dry ration, cooked food provided among the slum, needy and labourer class families. Although the Prime minister of India has again announced the second lockdown after to see the COVID 19, but our team members is continuing helping the poor people and provided the essential items to them, but this drive will be continues till lockdown. So that poor people have no problem during lockdown. They also appealed to the general public to stay their homes and stay safe because the COVID 19 is very dangerous diseases.
They further told that, today they distributed the cooked food including Pulse, rice and Halwa among the needy and slum dwellers families in different places of samba, the cooked food is provided among the laborers by the said group in every day. The menu of the cooked food is daily changed. If someone does not have ration, then inform them.
Among other those present during the distribution of ration including, Micky Thappa, Amit Khanna, Shotu, Abinash Attri, Vinod Rana, Parveen Kumar and Rakesh Kumar.
