Team Extream Power lifting association, Golden muscle nutrition & Muscle Mechie gym in collaboration with department of Youth Service & Sports organises first power lifting Competition in Pulwama in which large number of participants from almost every tehsil of Pulwama takes part.
The main motto of this event was to promote sports culture,motivate the youth towards physical fitness ,gymnastic & flatten the curve of drug abuse.
This event was organised by Basit Hamid, Prince ikhlaq, Syed Murtaza, Umar Maqbool.
large number of power lifters through out the District participated in this competition “it’s my first time to take part in such a competition. I’m very excited and happy” said One Of the participant haroon.
Muscle Mechie gym will always support & organise such kind of events which promote awareness related to fitness by which we can prevent from many diseases & it’s a good platform for fitness freaks to show case their talent in such competitions. Said Shahzaman nazir Owner muscle mechie gym.

Sports Officer pulwama Mr. Noor ul Haq as Guest of honour felicitated the winners & said “That one must choose the game of his choice and interest and we are always on toes to felicitate such Participants & events ”.
I had a wonderful time today with all fitness freaks of our District Pulwama. It was most outstanding & unique event in which I experience that every participant is a winner. said Prince ikhlaq one of the organiser.

There were three Categories in the event based on the weight of participant
1.59-69Kg In which
Burhan from lassipora badges the first position. Followed by haroon Rashid 2nd &
Munan Hassan 3rd.
2. 69-80 kg
Mauzam khursheed top the grade followed by
Reyaz Ahmad 2nd
& Momin Shabir 3rd.
3. 80 & above In which Muddasir wali outshines by uplifting the weight of 225kg
Followed by Ferooz Ah with 220kg
& Danish Nazir makes it possible to secured third position.
Event was very successful I would like to congratulate everyone who was the part of this “Powerlifting Competition”held at Muscle mechie Gym”.I would like to thank you for the most wonderful event.
