Srinagar 03 jan 2020: Three days state Boxing championship was organized by J&K Amateur Boxing Association, which was held at M. A Stadium Jammu on 25th to 28th of December concluded with the holding prize distribution function at M. A stadium Jammu.
10 Boxers including 04Girls hailing from kashmir shined in the championship and bagged 04Gold , 02silver and 04 Bronze medals. Aayat khan, khushboo, Eyad Akeel khan and kaiser Ramzan clinched Gold Medals. Bareena Tariq and Akib Khan clinched Silver Medals. While as Aisha Younis, Asif Nawaz , Adeel khan and Mohd Ateed clinched Bronze Medals under different Wait through different Categories.
The team was Managed By the technical Penal Comprising of Mr Farooq Ah Khan Senior Boxing Coach from J&k State Sports Council Srinagar, Mr Tariq Ah Ahanger former sports person and Mr Arbaz Mughal (Association Official) .
