Ganderbal, July 28: Heavy rains triggered massive landslides near revered Shri Amarnathji Cave in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
The massive mud slides created panic among deployed security personnel there.
District Magistrate Ganderbal Kritika Jyotsana told news agency Kashmir News Trust that men and machinery have been mobilized. She said there is no loss of life reported so for.
“The slides have occurred in Brari Patri and between lower cave and holy cave,” she said.
The video about the slides is viral where some persons probably security personnel can be heard saying that stones are running down from the top. (KNT)
