Budgam, June 18 A man traveling in a Tata Mobile died while driver sustained critical injuries after the vehicle turned turtle in Khansahab area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Saturday.
Police sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that driver lost control over the vehicle due to heavy rains and it turned turtle near ITPS School Khansahab.
Besides the driver another person on board died on the spot while the driver has been shifted to Srinagar hospital.
Police sources identified the slain as 30-year old Shabir Ahmed Bhat son of Abdul Ahad Bhat, a resident of Kinora village of Budgam.
Police in this regard have registered a case under relevant sections of law.(KNT)
