SRINAGAR POLICE ARRESTED 11 GAMBLERS FROM PATHAN COLONY ZAKOORA
22 July :Police in continuing its drive against social evils, Police Party of Police Station Zakoora under SHO PS Zakoora, under the supervision of SP Hazratbal & SDPO Zakoora got a lead and following the information, apprehended 11 persons who were found gambling at Pathan Colony Zakoora.
From the spot, stake money of Rs 118495/= and 03 sets of playing cards were recovered.
In this regard case FIR No. 68/20 U/S 13 Gambling Act stands registered in PS Zakoora and investigation taken up.
This is in continuation of the efforts of Srinagar Police to curb the social evils.
